Understanding how the Aerotech System works is important, but realizing how much your business will benefit is invaluable. However for inquisitive minds, the functionality of an Aerotech System is much like that of a turbine or intake fan.

The Aerotech System works in conjunction with your
Aerotech Ready (Compatible) CNC machine center. It is a specially engineered intake fan and toolholder. As the spindle accelerates, so to does the Aerotech System and the air flow becomes controlled, quickly changing to a powerful vortex that lifts dust and debris through the Fan Inlets/Outlets. At this point, the dust and debris are suspended in mid air, inside the CNC machine's shroud just below the dust extraction port which finishes the job by removing the dust and harmful debris before it can fall back onto the panel’s surface.
