The Aerotech Ready certification ensures that we have tested and absolutely guarantee the Aerotech System to operate on CNC machines carrying the certification.
Throughout development we have worked closely with OEM’s to ensure the Aerotech System will compliment their machine’s extraction system. As a result minimum requirements in the tool changer, spindle speed, dust extraction’s air flow and shroud design have been established that must be met for the Aerotech System to perform properly.

Not all machines meet these requirements; however, those with the Aerotech Ready certification do. We have tested each of them in advance and can guarantee that they are 100% compatible with the Aerotech System.

Performance Guarantee
If you operate an Aerotech Ready CNC machine, we absolutely guarantee the performance of your Aerotech System to meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the performance of your Aerotech System's dust extaction, you are welcome to return it for a full credit(Aerotech System Body Only) within 30 days.
